Three Ways Sterling Collective Delivers Your Vision

Explore how Sterling Collective can help make your Interior Design firm grow

And One Pricing Structure That Makes All of Them Work

Most interior designers discover us the same way: a colleague mentions us, they're skeptical, they try us on a single project, and then they never manage FF&E, decorative accessories, and OS&E alone again.

What surprises them most isn't the execution — it's the economics. Sterling Collective operates on a flat markup structure. No membership fees. No hourly rates. No retainers. Just a transparent percentage applied to merchandise, which means our services — sourcing, coordination, reselect assistance, problem solving — are included. Many designers find that even with our markup applied, they're landing better net pricing than they were sourcing independently, because our vendor relationships and volume purchasing power work in their favor.

That structure holds across all three tiers of Vision Delivery service we offer interior designers. The tier you choose depends on where you need support — not on the size of your firm or the scale of your project.

Foundation: Vision Delivery Procurement

20% flat merchandise markup

The Foundation tier is where Vision Delivery begins. You bring the specifications — PDFs, tear sheets, proposals, whatever format you already work in — and we handle everything from that point forward. Lead times, competitive quotes, proposal generation through our Client Online Portal, COM forms and diagrams for custom furnishings, and direct integration with Studio Designer so the handoff is seamless.

When something goes wrong — and in FF&E, decorative accessories, and OS&E fulfillment, something always eventually does — we bring solutions, not problems. Discontinued items get reselect options that honor your design intent. Backorders that threaten your installation date get flagged and addressed before they become your client's problem.

This tier is built for designers who have a clear creative direction and need an infrastructure partner to execute it flawlessly. You design. We deliver.

Elevated: Vision Delivery Procurement + Sourcing

25% flat merchandise markup

The Elevated tier adds sourcing intelligence to the procurement infrastructure. This is the right fit when your vision exists — in inspiration images, AI-generated concepts, or wishlist items that exceed budget — but the specific products that will actually deliver it haven't been identified yet.

Our team translates your creative direction into actionable product options across FF&E, decorative accessories, and OS&E. We present Good, Better, and Best alternatives in a straightforward mix-and-match format, with final pricing visible across all selections simultaneously, so you can make confident decisions without chasing quotes across a dozen vendor portals.

Once selections are confirmed, everything transitions into the full Foundation procurement process. One tier, two phases — sourcing through delivery, managed entirely by us.

Ghost: Vision Delivery Design + Procurement

30% flat merchandise markup

The Ghost tier is Vision Delivery at its most complete — and its most invisible. This is our Ghost Design Service, built for designers managing too many projects to execute each one personally, firms running lean during transitions, or any practice looking to scale capacity without adding overhead.

We begin with a deep understanding of your aesthetic, your project goals, and your client. From there, we develop two fully realized FF&E, decorative accessories, and OS&E presentation packages — each with a complete layout, cohesive palette, and material selections — both branded entirely under your firm's identity. Your client never sees us. Your presentation looks exactly like you.

If you want to go further, our team can serve as a behind-the-scenes resource during client meetings — available in real time with product details and answers — without ever revealing we're an external partner.

Ghost isn't a shortcut. It's a superpower for designers who want to take on more without compromising the standard their reputation is built on.

The Add-On That Closes the Loop: Logistics Management

20% flat markup on logistics invoices — available at all three tiers

Every tier of Vision Delivery can include Logistics Management: receiving coordination, inbound shipment notifications with defined claim windows, inspection documentation, damage resolution, invoice review, and virtual concierge support on installation day. It's the difference between delivering a vision and delivering it completely.

One Partnership. Three Entry Points. Zero Markup Surprises.

Vision Delivery was designed to meet designers where they are — and scale with where they're going. Whether you need clean execution, sourcing support, or a full ghost design partner, the infrastructure behind your FF&E, decorative accessories, and OS&E is the same. So is our commitment to making your work look brilliant.
