Sterling Collective managed the full OS&E scope across all 16 units, coordinating across multiple vendors and consolidating everything before delivery. Each villa had its own configuration. Products were packed by unit number so installation teams could move efficiently from space to space without sorting through mixed inventory.

Linens and amenities shipped ahead of the main delivery, so the units were guest-ready in sequence. When reselections came in — and they did — the team adapted without disruption to the broader timeline.
